David-Olivier is a Montreal-based director of photography, photographer, director, and videographer specializing in corporate video and film production, both fiction and documentary. With a team of talented collaborators, he offers turnkey video production and commercial photography services to brands and businesses. He also works as a DOP on various TV and web productions for various production companies and agencies.
He has over fifteen years of experience in video production and postproduction, as well as in commercial and editorial photography, and in the media industry. He has worked in integrated marketing agencies as a creative and video producer.
In the media industry, he has worked as a multimedia journalist and desk clerk for various media agencies, including QMI (Quebecor Media), and for independent media outlets, which gives him a deep understanding of the importance of storytelling in video content and throughout the entire production process. He has also worked as a content creator for international technology companies, helping them develop inspiring branding and high-impact storytelling.
He studied photography at Concordia University, journalism at the Université de Montréal, photography direction at INIS (Institut national de l'image et du son), and at the École nationale des beaux-arts de Lyon.
